• The CEO Syndicate meets monthly and consists of roughly 16 carefully selected non-competing members, chaired by a professional with extensive experience in leadership. Meeting for a half-day each month in a secure and confidential environment, members feel connected and free to discuss, debate and workshop business and personal issues – and receive objective feedback and opinions. This program offers a supportive environment where CEOs can openly share challenges, brainstorm solutions, and gain invaluable insights from non-competing peers.

• The Executive Syndicate is a unique development forum for executives on a leadership journey. Senior executive members benefit from the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Chair, who has worked with many CEOʼs and senior leadership teams and knows how to turn the company vision into actionable plans. Through monthly meetings, members experience both professional and personal growth by collaborating with and learning from their Chair and their peers' vast experiences.

• The Leadership Program is a high-impact manager program tailored to individual business needs. The presentation topics are carefully selected from The CEO Institute's monthly business insights shared by CEO members, ensuring leadership teams gain the most relevant skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
