Simon has over 25-years’ experience in the human capital market. He is recognised as one of Australia’s leading employment experts and is often called up to contribute to strategic conversations regarding talent, at both a CEO and Board level. Simon is still an active Consultant in market with a specific interest in organisations that have a clear sense of their true north and purpose for being. Simon has worked extensively across a number of sectors in the Australian market, including a number of assignments within both Professional Services and family run and owned businesses.

Simon is an active Advisory Board Member of the National Basketball League (NBL), chaired by Larry Kestelman in Melbourne.

He is also an active Advisory Board Member for the Business School at the University of Technology, Sydney. Finally, Simon enjoys contributing as an Advisory Board Member for the Melbourne based not-for-profit, LifeChanger, founded by Scott Watters.
